Yesterday was Quitters Day - never even heard of it until I received an email from Mel Robbins about it!
Supposedly, it’s the day most people quit after making their New Year’s resolutions.
Makes sense I suppose.
In this week’s newsletter I talk about my struggles with consistency and share some practical tips on how to stay consistent so that we keep moving towards what we want.
